Fete De La Musique at CCF Bandung

Fete de la musique is annually music culture even held by the government of Frenh every june. This year, it was held on 21st of June 2011, in CCF Bandung, for free entry. So everybody who love music and want to see their favorite band perform could come.

The plan was, the show will be held 24 hours nonstop in CCF area. There were two stage. Indoor and Outdoor. In indoor area, the bands performed easy listening genre, such as: folks, bossa-nova, pop jazz, dream pop, acoustic. Whereas at the sametime, in the outdoor area, the bands performed something harder and tough, such us: blues, rock n roll, progressive rock, etc.

The CCF area started full at 5pm. Where in outdoor was performing a blues band, sang cool song with funny lyric. The crowd was really enjoy the vocalist act, whereas at indoor was performing Deugalih and Folks. (Please check our report about perform by Deugalih and Folks from indoor stage) The indoor area start to full but, the atmosphere was really hot. The air circulation was not that good. So the audience kept step outside for a moment to get some fresh air. (Please check our report about perform by Hollywod Nobody from indoor stage)

Since it was a culture event, there was so many foreigner, especially French. A lot of young people came and gather in this event to saw their favorite band. Even, there were a lot of indie musician who not came to play, just to watch the show. “Oh yes, I’m really excited by this even. And no, teman sebangku is not going to perform today, hehe. I’m waiting for my friend’s band actually.” Said Sarita, the vocalist of teman sebangku.
